The Balvenie Distillery
The Balvenie Distillery, located in Speyside, Scotland, is famous for preserving the "Five Rare Crafts" of whisky making: growing and malting its own barley on-site, maintaining a dedicated coppersmith team, employing coopers, working with a malt master, and utilizing unique cask maturation, including cask finishing. It's known for its traditional, handcrafted approach, producing rich, honeyed, and complex single malts with distinctive sweet, malty, and spicy notes, a result of long fermentation and manual still operations. The distillery is situated on the slopes of the Convals, below its sister distillery, Glenfiddich.

The Balvenie 14 Year Old Caribbean Cask Single Malt
The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been matured in traditional whisky oak casks before being transferred to casks that previously held Caribbean rum for a final period of maturation. After 14 years it is ‘finished’ in American oak casks previously filled with a blend of carefully selected West Indian rums.

The Balvenie Stories 14 Year Old American Bourbon Barrel Single Malt Scotch Whisky – A Collection of Curious Casks was destined for Single Barrel 12 glory but took an intriguing turn when a whisper of smokiness infused the spirit, just after peat week.
The Balvenie French Oak 16 Year Old Single Malt
The Balvenie French Oak 16 Year Old is a vibrant Single Malt Scotch Whisky finished in casks that previously held wine from the French Charentes vineyards. Maturation in American oak casks brings an abundance of vanilla spice and warm honey notes. After 16 years it is finished in Pineau casks to bring energizing grapefruit, geranium, glazed fruit and ginger.
The Balvenie 19 Year Old 'A Revelation of Cask and Character' Sherry Cask Single Malt
This is the story of a rare Caribbean rum maturation that begins not in a distillery warehouse, but amongst the glistening bottle-lined shelves of The Balvenie’s Sample Room. During a sunny visit, John Barrett introduced Caroni rum samples, which the team found exceptional. An order of Caroni rum was immediately placed on the spot. Malt Master David C. Stewart later aged Balvenie whisky in Caroni rum casks, capitalizing on Caroni's cult-like status among rum enthusiasts worldwide.
The Balvenie 21 Year Old PortWood Single Malt
The Balvenie PortWood 21 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a marriage of rare Balvenie transferred to port casks which have previously held fine port wines. The first traditional whisky oak maturation mellows the spirit and builds character. The second cask aging produces a single malt of refinement and remarkable complexity.

The Balvenie 25 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the Rare Marriages range is comprised of whiskies from a selection of individual European and American oak casks. Aged 25 years to create the most elegantly fruity expression.
Christiano Protti, The Balvenie Brand Ambassador
Christiano joined the company in 2013 and made a lasting impact on the luxury landscape in Latin America, promoting Glenfiddich and The Balvenie. In 2019, he relocated to Mexico City as a Brand Ambassador for Glenfiddich, and subsequently took on the additional role of Brand Ambassador for The Balvenie. He successfully launched The Balvenie's Makers Campaign, The Balvenie 16 French Oak, and The Balvenie 25 Rare Marriages, solidifying the brand's reputation as a paragon of craftsmanship in the Mexican market. Following his success in Mexico, he joined the US team as The Balvenie Brand Ambassador, based in Florida.
