The Loft
The Loft at The Wine Wave is the place to host your next private event, charity function, fantasy football draft, or business meeting. Indulge in our upstairs exclusive lounge, relatively hidden and a unique place for your next modern function. Gourmet food can be catered from a local restaurant of your choosing. The Loft Private Events
The Loft can range from simple space rental to a professionally led tasting and can be customized to fit your various needs. Below are the following guidelines:
- There is a $500 minimum to book a private event in The Loft. This does not include the cost of wine, liquor, or craft beer.
- A schedule can be customized to meet our guests needs but must be determined prior to the event for additional staffing needs.
- Payment in full is due at the time of booking in order to reserve your date.
- This fee includes staffing, glasses, set-up, break-down and cleaning.
- Automatic 7% sales tax will be added to the final bill. Gratuity is at the discretion of the client.
- Events will be billed to the host. Other payment arrangements must be described prior to the event.
- A maximum of 15 people is permitted. Final guest count will be required 48 hours before an event.
- The space is equipped with a large screen TV for presentations and can hold 15 people comfortable
- If food is desired, patrons are welcome to order catering from a business of their choice and will be responsible for the coordination of these provisions.
- Patrons are welcome to select wine with the guidance of The Wine Wave team. However, no outside wine or alcoholic beverages are permitted for consumption.
- The Wine Wave will provide glassware, water and A/V connections as necessary.
Off-Site Events
The Wine Wave team will bring the party to you for an offsite event. This can be as simple as providing a tasting lineup and wine delivery or to a more comprehensive educational, guided tasting. Please see the guidelines below and do not hesitate to contact with questions.
- There is a $500 minimum to book a private event on or off site. This does not include the cost of wine, liquor, or beer. A discount is applied to the purchase of wine by the case.
- A travel fee of $30 per hour will be assessed for events outside of East Delray Beach.
- Payment in full is due at the time of booking in order to reserve your date.
- This fee includes staffing fees, set up, break down and cleaning. Any catering will be billed separately or provided by the customer.
- Wine Glasses may be rented for $1/glass.
- Host must provide adequate room/event space and have a backup (if necessary) for inclement weather.
- Host must provide following equipment: tables, chairs, and ice. If unable to accommodate, arrangements can be made through our recommended caterers/rentals.
- Events will be billed to the host, any other payment arrangements must be described prior to the event.
- We can accommodate an unlimited number of guest, however, final guest count will be required 48 hours before an event.

Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are refundable 14 days prior to the event in the form of store credit.
- For events booked on high volume days (holidays and popular weekends), management reserves the right to hold non-refundable deposits.
- For any event cancelled within 48 hours of the event, the original estimate will be billed to the credit card on file.
