The Wine Wave opened June 2013 by owners Jeremiah and Lindsey Flores. Over the last decade inventory has expanded dramatically and selection diversified, to encompass wines from around the world with over two thousand different wines, grower producer Champagne, liquors and craft beers. We continue to expand the inventory every week and encourage suggestions from our customers on what they would like to see in their local neighborhood shop.
Our goal is simple, raise the quality of wine consumption in Palm Beach
Delray Beach is not only where our business is located, but we all also live, eat, and play in Delray as well. We love the community of Palm Beach and truly appreciate all our locals who support us year round. You will be sure to see Jeremiah, Lindsey, Miguel, Adam or Stewart are here every day behind the counter and at the weekly tastings at the Wine Wave. Whether you come by for an event, or stop in to buy a bottle, each staff member can assist you in finding the perfect bottle of wine, Champagne, craft beer or premium liquor for any occasion.
Jeremiah A. Flores
Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana – Jeremiah spent his formative years after college in between Quantico and southern California. He is the wine buyer and operations manager, working with domestic suppliers, importers and distributors. With a degree in International Business, combined with his past experience serving as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps, with successful tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan he has established a foundation of mission accomplishment that is based in customer satisfaction. An entrepreneurial spirit combined with a thriving Palm Beach wine scene, has resulted in an adventurous and prosperous start as a 100% independently owned retailer on the famed Atlantic Avenue in Delray. Find him enjoying the wines of Piedmont, Burgundy, Tuscany, or sipping Madeira.
Lindsey A. Gasparini
Raised in New England, she attended the University of Connecticut (UCONN) for her undergraduate degree and Nova Southeastern for her MBA. She is the Director of Marketing and her responsibilities include event planning, networking, yacht provisioning, chartering jets, and developing local community partnerships throughout South Florida. Her medical background includes sales, finance, client retention, marketing and any activity that involves a glass of vintage Blanc de Blancs Champagne. Always seeking out the value wines that are hard to attain and we often catch her drinking bubbles when she isn’t researching Piedmont, Rosé, Burgundy – or planning her next international trip to an emerging wine drinking region.
Miguel S. Ostrowski
Brazilian by birth, with ties to Massachusetts, this diehard New England sports fan studied Physical Education and High Performance training in Rio de Janeiro before arriving in 2007 to south Florida. A passion for motorsports led him to the race track when he co-founded a small-track racing and support services venture. However what was originally a subject of pure enjoyment and fascination, after passing his first sommelier course in 2011, he turned wine into a profession and never looked back. Experienced in nearly all aspects of the industry: opening, managing, and curating for wine bars, fine dining, retail, and distribution - he excels in private cellar consultation, acquisitions, and tasting seminars. An old school romantic at heart, he loves the traditions of the old world - specifically France and Spain. Catch him in the fast-lane @miguel.somm on Instagram.

Adam S. Osinoff
A native Northeasterner from the DC/MD/VA area, Adam has transitioned from a quasi-snowbird to a full-time Florida resident. Previously working in the Hospitality Industry, Adam has traveled the world and is rapidly adding new places to visit based on their vineyards! New to the wine game, he's brought his IT skills to The Wine Wave's ever growing eCommerce business. Outside the shop you can find him soaking up the Florida sunshine on the links or tennis court.
Jill E. Sasso
Hailing from NYC where she worked for some of the very best in the wine business; importers like Michael Skurnik, Polaner Selections & Savio Soares; retailers like Moore Brothers and restaurants like Savoy, Terroir, Alta & Buvette. Say Cheese! It was only natural as it mirrors wine & is a craft rooted in farming and terroir. She attended the Cheese School of San Francisco, Jasper Hills Cheese Camp in Vermont and owned a tiny cheese shop in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. In 2017, she moved to Naples, Florida, but ultimately realized that Delray Beach was more her style. She loves to share her knowledge of European classics while sipping craft Gins with her pup Toby and meeting all the new locals rolling into town.
Stewart J. King
A long time resident of Delray, our official Sunday driver self-described as 'stUBER', floor commander, and avid wine drinker. Anything Stewie Blues tastes, he can not only describe vividly, recommend (or find an alternative), but also educate customers on. He has spent the past 15 years working in a wine shop and has refined his palate and knowledge of fine wine – proving to be a trusted source to locals, while an asset for the team during private wine tastings and seminars. When not drinking aged Tequila and craft Mezcal, you can also find him surfing the waves off the coast of north beach, or rockin’ out to live music while drinking an ice cold imported Mexican beer - a nod from his surfing days in sunny California.
