Join us in the Loft at The Wine Wave for an evening of golden glows and amber hues as we explore the wild, textured, and luminous world of orange wine, the perfect palate cleanse after all that pumpkin pie.
Our resident orange wine expert Tim Graham will be pouring six stunning examples from across the globe, each one proof that skin-contact whites can be as complex and surprising as any wine.

Müller-Ruprecht “Orange”, Pfalz, Germany - Riesling meets spice and tea in a playful German twist.

Your Host for the Evening
Born in Louisiana, raised in Texas, with a stop in Portland, Oregon, our resident sommelier and wine director Tim Graham has 25 years of industry experience, from retail to wine bars. Throughout all of his travels, he continues to hone his wine expertise through years of study at the Napa Valley Wine Academy, earning a Level 3 WSET, and is on track to earn the prestigious WSET Diploma. Formerly of the independently owned wine boutique Small Wine Shop in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where for the last five years he has been committed to introducing low-intervention, small-producer wines of incredible quality and value as an alternative in the Florida market.
