Wine
Wine is travel, whether you’re having a glass in a faraway vineyard or with friends at your own home. This is the philosophy for our personal wine adventures and the foundation of The Wine Wave. Our wine collection reflects this through small production wines, international grapes, unique blends and popular favorites - both domestic and abroad.
We hope you enjoying browsing our selection and find your own adventure in new bottle of wine that gives you a sense of place with each sip.
Labouré-Roi 2022 Viré-Clessé, Burgundy, France
On the nose, yellow fruit and quince paste with a background of fresh almonds. Refreshing palate with notes of grapefruit and fruit paste. Mineral finish. Simply enjoy as an aperitif. For cheese, pair with a piece of Comté or goat's cheese.

Clos du Moulin aux Moines 2019 Volnay, Les Famines, Côte de Beaune, Burgundy, France
An exceptional nose dominated by aromatic notes of wild red fruits, including raspberry, cranberry, and red cherry. Clean herbaceous notes and a soft toasty character from the barrel. Explosive ripe black berry and cherry, medium concentration, intensity.
$119.99
Domaine Michel Bouzereau 2022 Beaune 1er Cru Les Vignes Franches, Burgundy, France
Almost black in the centre with a dense purple rim. The bouquet rests quite opaque though in no way cooked. Classic pinot in a big frame. Definitely some tannins here and quite good acidity. Still, quite chunky stuff for a Beaune.
$118.99
Gulp Hablo 2024 Garnacha, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain 1L
A fun, natural, biodynamic red wine known for its bright, juicy red fruit (berries, cassis), light body, vibrant acidity, and hint of earthiness, often served slightly chilled with pizza, BBQ, or tapas.
$23.99
Viña Almaviva 2022 Puente Alto, Chile
The 2022 leads with a brooding, woody nose with savory roasted pepper aromas and pleasing top notes of dark berries, lavender and dried herbs. The palate is dense and luscious with considerable concentration and opulence. The finish is long and opulent.
$163.97
Firmin Dezat 2024 Sancerre, Loire Valley, France
Firmin does not seek unripe, herbaceous aromas that many others strive for, instead he maintains the classic Sancerre expression of white peach and citrus. The clay and limestone soils contribute to the concentration and ageworthiness in the wine.
$39.99
Château Ormes De Pez 2019 Saint-Estèphe, Bordeaux, France
Pure crème de cassis, mulberries, leafy herbs, Asian spices, and lead pencil all emerge on the nose, and this medium to full-bodied 2019 has the vintage’s pure, focused, elegant style while staying ripe, supple, and textured.
$49.97
Château Lynch Bages 2019 Pauillac, Bordeaux, France
The wine's power is important and impressive. Behind this lies a solid structure along with powerful black fruits, allowing the succulent nature of the Cabernet Sauvignon to shine. The wine will develop slowly over many years.
