From two parts of Corton's hill. Palate kicks in intense lemon curd and the tingly sweet-and-sour notes of ripe pomelo. Finish is hauntingly long and packs in a nice, chalky-driven dryness. Wonderful to see how this expands with each swirl of the glass.
