Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey [PYCM] 2023 Saint-Aubin, Burgundy, France

This is already quite seductive with hints of vanilla pod and almond flakes on the well-defined nose. The palate is well balanced, fresh and poised with a keen line of acidity and a malic finale of green apple and pear. Highly reccommended.
