A blend of fifty-year-old vines of Chardonnay Blanc and Chardonnay Rose . The vinification is natural in vats, with indigenous yeasts and without enzymes. The aging is carried out in barrels on fine lees , from 15 to 18 months with 30 to 35% new barrels .
