Château Bellevue-Cardon 2016 Pauillac, Bordeaux, France

A blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot, it displays firm, chalky tannins that are chewy but not tough, balanced by good fruit expression and a pure roasted coffee bean note on the finish. Vinified in vats but aged in 100% new French oak.
