Château Simone 2019 Palette Rouge, Provence, France

Delicious red blend. Bright and bursting with energy, along with brambly black cherry, fig, and pastis notes. Backed by hints of black pepper and bay leaf. Wonderfully integrated tannins, long finish. Drinking beautifully now but will continue to age.
