Kaluga Hybrid (Huso & Acipenser Dauricus Schrenki) is indigenous to the Amur River and is therefore sometimes referred to as River Beluga Hybrid. Sustainably farmed in the mountains southwest of Shanghai, in the Thousand Island Lake natural reserve.
